Our Broker Opinions, which are accepted by both BIA and IHS for 105 (l) Leases are prepared using the highest available rental value. which will be used to determine lease value

Broker Opinion includes: Photos, measurements, floor plans, rental comps for the area, sales comps for the area, building rating for condition of building, Triple Net, rental value/sq ft based on size, comps, square footage, and condition of the building in BIA/IHS preferred formats.

We can divide properties that house both BIA and IHS to create separate leases.

Pricing is based on square footage.

100 - 5,000 sq ft $2,500
5001 - 10,000 sq ft $5,000
10,001 - 15,000 sq ft $7,500
15,001 - 25,000 sq ft $12,000
25,001 - 50,000 sq ft $20,000
50,001 - 75,000 sq ft $25,000

Location and Travel

We provide services all over the U.S. If Travel is required, costs will include cost-efficient transportation, lodging if needed, and reasonable meals. If Tribe owns a hotel and room is provided, no additional costs will be added for lodging.
